• Rescheduling your session can be made 3 days prior to the reservation date.

• 10% service fee applies if you request to reschedule within 3 days from your reserved date.

• 20% service fee applies if you request to reschedule on the date of your session.

• Rescheduling requests will NOT be accepted for no-show sessions or sessions that have been past 2 weeks period from the reserved date.

• Cancellation with a full refund can be made up to 3 days after the purchase date. Any cancellation requests after 3 days from the booking date are not eligible for a full refund.

• Alternatively, we provide an option to receive a full-priced coupon code valid for 1 month or one-time complimentary rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellation (within 24hrs from appointment)/ No-show will not be accepted.

If there are availabilities in the schedule, then we will happily accept you as a walk-in. However, we highly suggest you book in advance to secure your spot.
