The global pandemic has forced many of us to adapt to these new virtual settings. While some may thrive in this new environment, others may feel isolated and have intense negative feelings and thoughts. Reach out to someone you miss today! There are still many stories to share and memories to be made. We may feel distant in these uncertain times, but we can still stay connected by sending our love to one another. #REACHOUT #PROJECTINSPIRE #DREAMIMPOSSIBLE #CREATEBEYOND #GREATERGOOD #SUICIDEPREVENTIONMONTH As we help spread suicide prevention awareness, please understand that our content is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. “Expression is the manifestation of the silence in our hearts.” 2020 has been a rollercoaster. Many of us have been subjugated to isolation, which leaves us with ample time to overthink about our health, our finances, our families and our well-being. With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, hopeless and— stuck. All of these worries can create doubt and make life feel pointless, especially during this time of uncertainty. However, we must try to do our best to remind ourselves of the little things that make life worth living. Expression in the form of communication, art, music, dance, gardening, physical activity and most especially love can help fight the internal struggles we all face. Let’s continue to express ourselves and fight for tomorrow. #FIGHTDEPRESSION #EXPRESSION #PROJECTINSPIRE #DREAMIMPOSSIBLE #CREATEBEYOND #FORTHEGREATERGOOD #SUICIDEPREVENTIONMONTH As we help spread suicide prevention awareness, please understand that our content is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
