“Expression is the manifestation of the silence in our hearts.” 2020 has been a rollercoaster. Many of us have been subjugated to isolation, which leaves us with ample time to overthink about our health, our finances, our families and our well-being. With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, hopeless and— stuck.
